John Jacen joins Riviera Insurance services as Chief Operating Officer. He has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry in sales, operations and strategic management positions for both carriers and agencies. At Riviera, John will be responsible for the day to day operations of the agency including staff management and development, business processes, producer development and implementation of the agency’s strategic direction. As a licensed agent for property / casualty and life and health, John has a thorough knowledge of the insurance marketplace. He is a graduate of the Executive Management Program at the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and a member of the Agency Management Training Council.
